Hiring of specialized field force in Kenya for the following:-
1. Field force representative (FFR):-
- Follows a route plan in a certain town or a number of town with the intend to build relationship with the owner of the shop and their counter sales people.
- Picks up Orders and Collects data on own brand’s sell out.
- Maintains certain merchandizing and visibility in the shops visited.
2. Shop Sales Consultant (SSC):
- Positioned at key shops in terms of sell out, champions the own brand’s sell out as well as provide expert assistance to consumers wanting support on software, app set up, tech specifications and others. SSC is monitored/supervised by FFR
3. Team Manager for FFR and SSC:
- To monitor KPIs and functions assigned to field team (FFR, SSC) and representing them in weekly meetings. Also handles HR function for the field team.
4. Retail Analyst: Prepares reports on a frequent manner (weekly and monthly).
